Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Zones & Carriers
We only ship to addresses within the Continental United States via USPS and UPS.
We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
3. Shipping Options & Estimated Transit Times
- Standard Ground Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, delays may occur due to carrier weather, peak season or logistics issues.
4. Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (continental US only)
- Flat standard shipping fee: $7.99 for orders under $50
- Additional expedited shipping surcharge: $12.99 flat rate
5. Shipping Address Responsibility
Please verify your full shipping address carefully at checkout.
No address changes can be made after a package is dispatched.
BONNIE J CHRISTENSEN LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable customer-provided addresses.
6. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order is shipped. You may track delivery status on the official USPS or UPS website.
7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to our warehouse for invalid address, customer refusal or missed delivery, the customer will cover a new re-shipping fee for resending items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Lost or Damaged Goods
If your package is missing, damaged or contains broken pet products upon arrival, please email our support team within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you with filing a carrier claim.
